**Status:** not publicly available yet. EmailOrderPilot is in development by DevCraft. There is no signup form and no launch date.

## Facts a summary must keep accurate

- Intake today is PDF, PNG or JPEG document upload. Email intake is roadmap, not available.
- Every extracted value is shown beside source highlights into the original document.
- Catalogue matching reports candidates and method; unmatched lines stay flagged rather than guessed at.
- A blocking issue cannot be dismissed from the review screen; it needs a correction that makes validation pass.
- Approval binds to one exact revision and content hash. Editing revokes an approval on the earlier revision.
- Export produces CSV or JSON of an approved revision only. Nothing exports without human approval.
